Payments, customer support, contract and costs — straight answers.
How and when do you pay us?
Your share (70%) accrues on cards activated in the period. Payout by the 15th of the following month via SEPA bank transfer or PayPal; €500 minimum threshold per payout — aligned with Trade volumes. IGIC and payment-processing fees are deducted from amounts first, then the 70/30 split applies. Guests pay the official list price; you invoice TPCARD, S.L. (NIF B93881506) for your accrued share and receive a summary with activated cards, amounts and period.
Who handles the customer who bought the card?
TPCard. We handle support, refunds and complaints via the customer's email or WhatsApp. You don't do customer care: display the QR at reception, in guest rooms or at check-in — we handle the rest. Your 70% share accrues on cards activated in the reference period.
What kind of contract is it and how do we leave?
Open-ended Trade contract with dedicated integration and co-branding. Exit with 30 days' written notice — no penalties on shares already accrued. Activated-card shares are paid by the 15th of the following month.
What does it cost us?
Nothing. No entry fee, no subscription, no stock: the card is digital. What you don't sell costs you nothing.
What does our staff need to do?
Put the QR where guests see it: reception, counter or in guest rooms (tent card or display stand). The guest scans and buys on their phone. Nothing to install, ship or store.
How do we track sales in real time?
From your dedicated partner dashboard: every sale appears in the live register (date, amount, card type), with period totals and next payout. Access from day one of activation — not just month-end reports. Opens in browser or on phone, no app to install.
We also want to discount stays for TPCard holders — is this the right program?
No. Trade Hotel is for selling cards to guests: you keep 70% on each sale. To offer a room discount (10–40%, your choice) fill in the Accommodation Marketplace application — form at the bottom of /business/owners/marketplace, hotel category. You can do both at €0 entry.
