Quality and conduct standards that every Tenerife Premium Card affiliated business must follow. Compliance is verified through the VIP Quality Patrol system.
Universal rules
Scan the QR
Scan the customer's QR code BEFORE applying the discount. No scan, no discount.
Apply the discount
The agreed discount (10-40%) must ALWAYS be applied to every customer with a valid card.
Display the materials
TPCard sticker and display visible in the establishment (entrance, register or table).
Professional treatment
Treat TPCard customers as VIP. Courtesy, speed and attention.
Never ask not to use the card
FORBIDDEN to suggest the customer "not use the card" to avoid the discount.
Full hours
The discount is valid during ALL opening hours, no exceptions.
No off-system discount
FORBIDDEN to grant the TPCard discount without a QR scan, even for regular customers or future visits.

- ✓Discount on the TOTAL bill, not just selected dishes

- ✓TPCard menu equal to or better than the regular menu

- ✓Full equipment included (life jacket, sunscreen, water)
- ✓Departure on time at the confirmed schedule
- ✓Safety briefing MANDATORY before every trip
- ✓Weather cancellations communicated at least 2h in advance
- ✓Photos/videos (if included) delivered within 24h
💆 Wellness
- ✓NEVER reject TPCard bookings to prioritize full-price customers
- ✓Treatment with FULL duration as agreed
- ✓Same quality products for all customers
- ✓Proper environment: cleanliness, music, temperature
- ✓Bathrobe and towel included, no extra charge
🏄 Leisure & Sports
- ✓Instructor with visible certification
- ✓Reduced groups as agreed in contract
- ✓All equipment included and in good condition

- ✓Minimum age communicated BEFORE booking
🎭 Culture
- ✓Guide available in at least 2 languages (ES + EN)
- ✓Full access to all areas/rooms
- ✓Informational material or audio guide included
- ✓Discount valid at ALL times, not just low traffic hours
🏨 Accommodation
- ✓Do NOT assign the worst room to TPCard customers
- ✓Same check-in/check-out times for everyone
- ✓Pool, WiFi and breakfast included if agreed in contract
- ✓Same cleaning standards for everyone
- ✓FORBIDDEN to overbook confirmed TPCard reservations
🚕 Car & Scooter Rental
- ✓Insured, serviced and clean vehicle
- ✓Transparent daily price communicated BEFORE rental
- ✓Punctual delivery and collection (hotel, airport or office)
- ✓24h roadside assistance for TPCard customers
- ✓FORBIDDEN hidden charges or undeclared deductibles
🍸 Nightlife
- ✓Discount on drinks, not just entry
- ✓Do not send TPCard customers to the slowest queue
- ✓Same drink quality (brands and measures) for everyone

Each business receives an automatic score based on customer ratings.
Gold badge in catalog, visibility priority, featured in searches
Normal visibility on the platform

VIP Quality Patrol
TPCard holders can rate their experience at participating partners. After each visit, a short survey feeds each venue's Quality Score.
Two roles, same business
Each partner can be a Socio (discount) and a Point de Venta (sells cards). Separate contracts — one, the other, or both.
Point de Venta
Sell the card at reception or checkout. If the customer returns without a valid card, sell a new one — do not grant off-system discount.
