Private deals with the venue violate the protocol. If offered a bypass, refuse and report us.

Want to return later? Renew at tpcard.es or ask the partner — many are official Point de Venta.

Buy the card where you are
Many venues sell the TPCard as Point de Venta. That is the official path — not a private "discount without card" deal.

VIP Quality Patrol
TPCard customers can rate their experience anonymously. After the visit they rate discount, QR and service. The partner does not know who the reviewer is.
Anti-fraud 3 levels
- Your card is yours: at the same venue the discount applies at most once per day; across the network it stays free during validity. The only rule is don't lend it: if it is used at a different venue within 10 minutes, the system blocks it. Welcome drink is one per card.
- Geo-Check: impossible moves between venues are blocked.
- Confirmation email when your card is used.
