The Tenerife Premium Card (TPCard) is a destination digital platform for Tenerife connecting tourists, residents, partner venues and distribution channels in one ecosystem of commerce, local services and experiences. The digital card is the personal access key to the system, services and network benefits — not a «discount card».
The card is activated upon payment. Valid from purchase until the end of the contracted period.
The card is personal and non-transferable. Show the QR before ordering. No retrospective discounts are applied.
Discounts are subject to availability. The list is updated at tpcard.es.
Full refund if the card has not been used. Request within 14 days at info@tpcard.es.
Requires proof of residence in Tenerife (NIE or registration certificate).
Spanish law. Courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2011/83 and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (arts. 102-105), the consumer has 14 calendar days from the purchase date to withdraw from the contract without justification and without penalty.
Exception for digital content: under art. 103.m of RDL 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply once the consumer has consented to the start of the digital service (TPCard activation and QR use) and acknowledged the loss of the right.
How to exercise withdrawal (where applicable):
In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU and Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, the consumer may turn to a certified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. Official EU list:

Before turning to an ADR body, you can send a complaint to reclamaciones@tpcard.es — reply within 15 business days.
TPCard does not voluntarily adhere to ADR procedures (art. 13 of Law 7/2017). You may consult the free EU list or the Junta Arbitral de Consumo de Canarias, without prejudice to judicial recourse.
Internal procedure: every complaint must first be sent to reclamaciones@tpcard.es. Reply within 15 business days.
Consumer jurisdiction: for residents in Spain, disputes may be resolved in the courts of the consumer's domicile or in Santa Cruz de Tenerife (art. 90.2 RDL 1/2007).
