TPCARD, S.L., incorporated on 30 July 2026 and registered with the Commercial Register of Santa Cruz de Tenerife on 31 July 2026.
The website tpcard.es operates the destination digital platform Tenerife Premium Card (TPCard), through which tourists, residents, partner venues and distribution channels are connected.
The platform includes distribution of the digital card as the access key to the system, promotion and showcasing of partner services — including dining, accommodation, activities, transport, leisure, tourism services and local commerce — as well as other digital services linked to the destination experience.
Activity is aimed primarily at Tenerife and the Canary Islands, without prejudice to online services also being accessible to users located in other parts of Spain and the European Union where permitted by applicable law.
Access to and use of this site confers User status and implies full acceptance of these general terms, as well as the Privacy, Cookie and Terms and Conditions policies applicable to the services offered.
The owner reserves the right to modify the content, presentation and configuration of the site at any time, without prior notice and unilaterally, always in compliance with applicable law.
All content on the tpcard.es site (texts, images, graphics, videos, software, design, trademarks, logos) is the exclusive property of the owner or of third parties who have granted the relevant licences, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, of any content without the written authorisation of the owner is expressly prohibited.
The logo and the name “Tenerife Premium Card” are trade marks of the owner. The figurative trade mark “TPCARD TENERIFE PREMIUM CARD” has been applied for at the Spanish Patent and Trade Mark Office (application no. M4395535, 2 August 2026), owned by TPCARD, S.L.
The owner acts with due diligence and in accordance with applicable law. However, no guarantee is given as to the absence of interruptions, access errors, delays in updates or that the site is free from viruses or other harmful components.
The owner disclaims all liability for damage arising from use or inability to use the site, as well as from improper use by the User.
The tpcard.es site may include links to third-party sites (partners, social networks, payment platforms, etc.). The owner does not control the content or privacy policies of such sites and assumes no responsibility for their use by the User.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (EU GDPR 2016/679 and LOPDGDD 3/2018) and by the Cookie Policy (AEPD Cookie Guide 2023 and LSSI-CE Art. 22.2).
The specific terms of sale and use of products and services on tpcard.es (14-day right of withdrawal, refund policy, digital content guarantee and ODR platform) are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
For any dispute arising from use of the site or services, the owner and User submit to the Courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
For consumers, in accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU and Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, the User may refer to a certified ADR body. Updated EU, Norway and Iceland list: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
Before ADR, the User may submit a complaint to reclamaciones@tpcard.es — response within 15 working days.
Voluntary ADR participation (Art. 13 Law 7/2017): TPCard does not voluntarily participate in ADR procedures. The consumer may consult the free EU list or the Junta Arbitral de Consumo de Canarias, without prejudice to court proceedings.
