Is the residents card for the whole family?
No. The Residents Card is personal and non-transferable. Every family member who wants to use it needs their own card.
Does the QR work without internet?
Yes. Once saved on your phone, the card works offline. You can show the QR even in areas with limited coverage.
Can I reuse the discount at the same venue?
Yes. At the same partner the discount applies once per day; during the card's 12-month validity you can use it across the network at every partner.
